I created this blog to keep track of my writings and to hopefully get some feedback about my writing in general. I am a recovering anorexic, bulimic & EDNOS, diagnosed PTSD, generalized anxiety disorder, bipolar tendencies and insomniac. I have started writing a memoir of my experiences and stories, some are related to my eating disorder, others are not.

I am piecing together what I remember of the years I was suffering most. While there is truth behind each situation or experience I write about, it is important to remember that in times of crisis, perception could be skewed. What I remember, the fine details, may not be what actually happened, but how I interpreted it at that age and in that mindset.

This blog is in no way a "pro-ana" blog. I do not wish to tell my story to further the development of an eating disorder in anyone. If anything, I hope to somehow inspire those suffering to get help and learn from my mistakes.

What I post will not necessarily be in order. I am trying to remember things in order but it doesn't always work out that way. I also start each chapter with a quote that relates to something at that point in my life. The numbers you see before the title represents my weight at that current time.
